| Charleston Manor is a condominium association located in Southwest Houston. The community is comprised of 64 homes in 8 buildings. The community is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of community members and professionally managed by DTA Community Management Services, Inc. Monthly maintenance fees are assessed against each unit to maintain the common areas and provide necessary services. The maintenance fee assessed is based on the size of the condominium. The condominiums in the community range from one to three bedrooms. Some of the services maintenance fees pay for are building insurance, landscaping, common area utilities, water for common areas and each home, and exterior maintenance for all buildings. As a recent addition to DTA's client communities, we are still working to enhance this site with governing documents, publications and meeting information.
