Charleston Manor HOA is a condominium community located in Southwest Houston. The community is comprised of 64 homes. The maintenance fees for the year 2010 are $_______ per month. The maintenance fees are due on the first of the month, and are considered late after the 15th of the month. For more information on maintenance fees and the Association's collection policy, please refer to the Association's governing documents and recorded policies found on this site. The maintenance fees pay for common area maintenance, landscaping, common area utilities, water for common areas and for each town home, and exterior maintenance for all buildings. The community is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who are also homeowners in the community. |
