| Cornerstone II is a homeowners association located near the Westchase District in Houston. The community is comprised of 32 homes in 2 buildings. The community is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of community members and professionally managed by DTA Community Management Services, Inc. The 2012 Annual meeting was held on May 24, 2012 with a quorum represented. Audrey Clinton was elected to the board of directors for a three year term. Maintenance fees are assessed against each unit to maintain the common areas and provide necessary services. The maintenance fee amount is the same for each home in the community. Some of the services maintenance fees pay for are landscaping, common area utilities, water for common areas and each home, and common area maintenance. The annual maintenance fee for the 2011-2012 fiscal year is $2,280. This may be paid in monthly installments if payments are made in accordance with the community's collection policy.
