| Lakeland Section IV Civic Club Lakeland Section IV is a singly family community located in Conroe. The community consists of 157 homes. The maintenance fees for the year 2009 are $45.00 per quarter for developed lots, and $15.00 per quarter for undeveloped lots. The maintenance fees pay for items such as common area maintenance, landscaping, clubhouse, lake maintenance and common area utilities such as street lights and water. The community is governed by a Board of Directors who are also homeowners in the community. The board holds regular meetings to discuss business and make decisions for the association.
