| Maplewood Square is a condominium association located near Meyerland in Houston. The community is comprised of 47 homes in 6 buildings. The community is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of community members and professionally managed by DTA Community Management Services, Inc. Maintenance fees are assessed against each unit to maintain the common areas and provide necessary services. The maintenance fee amount is based on the square footage of the home. Some of the services maintenance fees pay for are landscaping, insurance, common area and individual utilities, pool maintenance, exterior maintenance and common area repairs.
