| Northview West Homeowners Association is a single family community located in north Houston near I-45 and FM 1960. The community, comprised of 577 homes, is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors whose members are also owners in the community. The Board of Directors meets monthly and welcomes all homeowners to attend. To see a meeting schedule, please look under publications on this page. Each home in the community pays an equal share of the operational and maintenance costs of the community through an annual maintenance fee. The 2011 maintenance fee is $340.00. These funds pay for landscaping, pool, park and tennis court maintenance, street lights and other common utilities, common area insurance, and capital improvements. The community is patrolled by the Harris County Precinct Four Constable's Department. This is a service that is provided to the area through MUD 154.
