| Oakwood Glen Oakwood Glen Homeowners Association is a single family community located in Spring. The community is comprised of 903 homes, and has amenities such as a swimming pool, tennis courts, clubhouse, parks and greenbelts. The maintenance fees for the year 2010 are $344.14. The maintenance fees are due on the first of January, and are considered late after March 31st. For more information on maintenance fees and the Association's collection policy, please contact Treasurer Barbara Yates. The maintenance fees pay for common area maintenance, landscaping, pool service, common area utilities, street lights, and administration of the community, The community is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who are also homeowners in the community. The Board meetings are held the third Tuesday of each month at the clubhouse. The meetings start at 7:00 pm. All homeowners are encouraged to attend the meeting.
