| Park Lake Phase I is a town home community located in Missouri City. This 67 home community is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and professionally managed by DTA Community Management Services, Inc. Monthly maintenance fees are assessed against each unit to maintain the common areas and provide necessary services. The maintenance fee for 2012 is $181.00 for a two bedroom home and $218.00 for a three bedroom home. Some of the services these funds pay for are building insurance, landscaping, common area utilities, building maintenance, pool management, tennis court and amenity maintenance, and road repairs. The Board of Directors meets monthly on the third Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m.. Homeowners are encouraged to attend and participate.
