| Panther Point Community Association is a gated town home community located near the Westchase area of Houston. This 40 home community is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and professionally managed by DTA Community Management Services, Inc. Annual maintenance fees are assessed against each unit to maintain the common areas and provide necessary services. The maintenance fee for 2011 is $1,095.00 per home. Some of the services these funds pay for are common area insurance, landscaping, common area utilities, access gate maintenance and road repairs. The Board of Directors meets bi-monthly on the second Wednesday of the month. Homeowners are encouraged to attend and participate.
