| Perfection Ranch is a gated, deed protected, 457 acre community located in Montgomery, Texas, 3 miles west of the intersection of Hwy. 105 and FM 149. Horse owners will enjoy the indoor and outdoor equestrian facilities and everyone will enjoy the spacious homesites, sparkling lake and gorgeous land. The community, comprised of 60 home sites is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who are members of the community. DTA Community Management Services, Inc. has been hired by the Board to assist with the deed restriction enforcement, maintenance fee collection and daily POA management.
