| Riverwalk POA is a private and scenic community located in Porter. The home sites range from one to five acres in this 1198 lot community. The association is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and professionally managed by DTA Community Management Services, Inc. The executive Board meetings are held monthly. Homeowners meetings are held quarterly. Annual maintenance fees are assessed against each lot to maintain the common areas and provide necessary services. The maintenance fee ranges based on the size of the lot. Some of the services these funds pay for are common area insurance, landscaping, maintenance and entry personnel, security services, common area utilities, street lights, and park maintenance.
