Saddle Creek Forest is a private and scenic master planned community located between Magnolia and Plantersville.
This gated, equestrian focused community has 480 estate lots ranging from 1 to 5 acres.  Property owners can enjoy
the many amenities offered by the community including tennis courts, swimming pool, fishing lakes, equestrian trails,
day stables and arena.

The community is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors comprised of five members who are also homeowners
in the community.  

The September 2012 Board Meeting scheduled has changed.  The Meeting will be held this Saturday September 8th
at the Rancho Grande Mexican Restaurant at 18914 FM 1488 in Magnolia at 11:30am.  Rancho Grande is located
on the north side of 1488 west of 1774.

The Linear Access upgrade is completed.  The current remotes will no longer operate the gates and the N. Reids
Prairie gate now features a keypad and call box.  If you would like to purchase new remotes they are available for a
cost of $25.00 each.  Please fill out an order form and submit with your payment.

Saddle Creek Forest Property Owners Association policy prohibits the use of any grills, barbecues or smokers
whether personally owned of association owned, in any common area or reserve when a burn ban is established by
the respective counties is in effect

The 2012 meeting schedule is as follows:
Organizational Meetings:
April, May, July, August, October and November meetings will be held on the second Thursday of the month at
6pm in the stable at the Equestrian Center in Saddle Creek Forest.  Property Owners are invited to attend.  Any
Owner wishing to address the Board should contact DTA at least 7 days prior to the meeting to be placed on the
Agenda.
Board Meetings:
The December meeting will be held on the second Saturday of the month at 11am.  An open forum for Owners to
address their concerns will be included on the agenda at each meeting.
