| Saddle Creek Forest Saddle Creek Forest is a private and scenic master planned community located between Magnolia and Plantersville. This gated community has 370 estate lots ranging from 1 to 5 acres. Property owners can enjoy the many amenities offered by the community including tennis courts, swimming pool, fishing lakes, equestrian trails, day stables and arena. The community is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors comprised of three members who are also homeowners in the community. The Board meetings are held quarterly. Meeting dates will be posted on this web site as they are scheduled. The last meeting was held Thursday Dec. 9th at 5:30pm at Big Daddy-O's at 34616 Hwy 249 in Pinehurst. 2011 Maintenance Fee billing has been mailed.
