Northview West/Willow West Homeowners Association

Northview West Homeowners Association is a singly family community located in north Houston, near I-45 and FM
1960.  The community is comprised of 577 homes and has amenities such as a swimming pool, 2 playgrounds,
tennis court, and greenbelts.

The maintenance fees for the year 2011 are $340.00.  The maintenance fees are due on January 1st and are
considered late after January 31st..  For more information on maintenance fees and the Association's collection policy,
please refer to the Association's governing documents and recorded policies found on this site.  
Please note that your
statements for 2011 have changed.  The address to mail your payment is the bank lockbox in Atlanta, GA.  Please
use the coupon on your statement and the enclosed envelope to expedite processing of your payment.

The maintenance fees pay for items such as common area maintenance, landscaping, common area utilities such as
street lights and water,and  pool and lifeguard service.

The community is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who are also homeowners in the community.  The Board
meetings are held the third Thursday of each month at the Ponderosa VFD on Imperial Valley.  The meetings start at
7:00 pm.  All homeowners are welcome to attend the meeting.  

The community is patrolled by the Harris County Precinct Four Constable's Department.  This is a service that is
provided to the area through MUD 154.  If you see anything suspicious, or need the assistance of law enforcement,
please contact them immediately.
