DTA Community Management Services offers an affordable management service package to community developers.  With
experience ranging from developing the governing documents to full build out, DTA has the experience your development
needs.  In addition to our customary community management services, DTA offers the following enhanced services for
community developers.

  • Development of governing documents, by laws, CC&R's, rules, regulations
  • Special focus on equestrian based communities, extensive planning and consulting services provided
  • Master planned community specialists, golf course communities, lake front communities
  • Implement Architectural Review Guidelines, review plans, collect building fees and deposits
  • Obtain lot address assignment through local municipalities
  • Create initial operating budget, financial forecasting, open bank accounts
  • Consult with developer to establish initial assessment fee based on financial forecasting
  • Secure new insurance policies, general liability, property coverage, D&O insurance, fidelity bonds
  • Obtain new service contracts, landscaping, pool management, utilities...
  • Develop new owners package, maintain comprehensive owner database, issue homeowner related tools
  • Interface with title companies for property transfers, collect fees, issue resale certificates as needed
  • Interface with property owners on all association related items

community management services to developers on a graduating fee schedule.  Beginning at a nominal fee, our fees only
increase as the community builds out and can sustain payments for our services, independent of developer contributions.

the developer.  Providing extended customer service hours including evenings and Saturdays, online support, 24 hour
