DTA is pleased to announce a newly formed banking relationship with SmartStreet (a division of the
RBC).  Our client communities can now enjoy totally free banking with competitive interest rates as
well as construction loans tailored to HOA's.  Included in their services are free HOA websites, free
lockbox services, online images of all checks processed, no account fees (including check or
deposit charges). Property owners in our client communities can pay their fees online with no fees
or surcharges.  SmartStreet offers FDIC insurance above the standard $250k.  SmartStreet
understands that signers frequently change in HOA's therefore they provide the opportunity to
change signature cards online.

DTA welcomes its newest staff member Bigi Britten.  Bigi comes to us with many years of
management experience.  In her last position of six years, Bigi served as an association manager
for a portfolio of properties in Montgomery County.  We are very pleased to have her join our
management team.

DTA is pleased to announce that Charles Tipton has joined our corporate office staff as an
association manager.  Chuck has served on property with DTA since 2009 and will now expand his
portfolio to include our newest community Pine Village North.

DTA welcomes Pine Village North!  Located in North Houston, PVN is a town home community with
504 town homes. We are in the process of transferring management of the community to our office.  
The transition will be completed on February 1st.  For assistance with PVN, please either contact
Chuck or our site manager Kay.
